Crispy apple pie with La Mia Stevia


For the dough:

250 gr all purposes flour

250 gr whole weat flour

1 tbsp La Mia Stevia

1 tsp vanilla extract

80 ml  fresh orange juice

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp baking powder

200 ml olive oil or coconut oil

250 ml warm water


10 apples

3 tbsp  La Mia Stevia

1 tsp cinammon

½ cup walnut


1ο step

We prepare the dough

Into a bowl, we mix water with La Mia Stevia and we add all the ingredients stiring slowly with our food processor. 

When ready, we leave the dough rest for 5'. We cut it into 2 pieces and the one we put it into the refridgerator for 1 hour. 

2nd Step:

We add butter and flower into a cake form (26 cm) and we apply the dough very carefully.

3rd step:

We preheat the oven at 175ο C.

               4nd step

We peel the apples and trim them into small pieces. Into a pan, we fry the apples until get soft and we mix them with La Mia Stevia and the walnuts. We put the stuffing onto the dough.

When the rest dough gets frozen, we cut it into small pieces and sprinkle it above .

5th step:

We bake our apple pie for 40'
